Autobahn Warranty FAQs

The warranty lasts for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs last. This means if you reach 36,000 miles before 3 years, the warranty remains valid until the 3-year mark; conversely, if 3 years pass before 36,000 miles, the warranty lasts until you hit the 36,000-mile milestone.

To submit a warranty claim, you must present a copy of the original repair invoice. If you’re within 25 miles of the original Autobahn Auto Center location, return to that location with the invoice. If you are further than 25 miles away, contact the original center to report the issue and follow their guidance.

If you are over 25 miles from the original location, contact Autobahn Auto Center to report the issue. The Warranty Administrator will direct you to the nearest participating location. If no participating locations are available, you may visit a non-participating service center and follow the reimbursement process.

If the service center is non-participating and does not accept direct payment from the Warranty Administrator, you can pay for the warranty service yourself and submit both the original and warranty repair invoices to the Warranty Administrator for reimbursement.

Your warranty can be used at a participating location or, if necessary, at a non-participating facility. In the case of a non-participating center, you will need to pay upfront and submit invoices for reimbursement.

The warranty covers repairs involving defects in new parts and improper installation. It does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, or wear and tear.

Your vehicle qualifies for warranty coverage as long as the repair was performed at Autobahn Auto Center and is within the 3-year or 36,000-mile limits, whichever occurs last. Ensure you have the original repair invoice as proof.
