Most technicians do not leave a shop because of the work. They leave because of how the work is run: flat rate that punishes doing it right, no time to diagnose, and a service writer selling something the car does not need. We built this one the other way around.

Open Positions

Who we are looking for.

Technician

ASE certification or the experience to earn it, and real diagnostic instinct. European experience is a strong plus, but the willingness to learn a marque properly matters more than a resume that already lists it.

Service Advisor

The person between the customer and the bay. You need to be able to explain a repair honestly, hold a line on what the car actually needs, and never sell something because it was on the screen.

Customer Service

Front desk, phones, scheduling and the thousand small things that decide whether somebody’s day was made easier or harder. Calm, organized, and good with people having a bad morning.
