Before anyone touches a wrench, your car goes on the lift for a full multi-point inspection — brakes, fluids, suspension, belts, tires, battery, and a factory scan for stored codes. It happens on every visit, even a routine oil change, and it takes about twenty minutes.
Anything we flag gets photographed on your car — not a stock diagram, not a generic example. A worn pad, a seeping gasket, a cracked boot. The photos land in your inspection report so you can see exactly what we saw, from wherever you are.
You get a written estimate that separates parts from labor, line by line, with a price next to each one. We tell you what needs doing now, what can wait a few months, and what we would leave alone. If a repair is not worth what the car is worth, we say that too.
You approve the work item by item — by text, by phone, or straight from the report. Decline anything you want; we will not touch it. If we find something else once we are in there, the car stops and you get another call before a single extra dollar goes on the bill.
