Choose your service and a time that suits you and the request comes straight through to our service desk. You will get a confirmation, and if anything about the timing or the work needs clarifying we will call you before the appointment rather than on the day. If you would rather speak to someone, call (561) 392-1910 Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM and we will book you in over the phone.
What to Expect When You Arrive
We are at 2540 NW Boca Raton Blvd, with parking on site. Plan on a few minutes at drop-off so a service advisor can go through what you have noticed with the car — the detail you give here is often what makes the diagnosis quick. From there:
- We carry out a digital vehicle inspection and photograph anything we find
- You receive the inspection report and a written estimate before any work begins
- You approve or decline each item — nothing is added without your say-so
- Qualifying repairs are covered by our 6-year / unlimited-mile warranty
While Your Car Is With Us
A free local shuttle will get you where you need to be, and after-hours drop-off and pick-up means you do not have to reshape your day around our opening times. Financing options are available on larger repairs, and if the car cannot be driven we can arrange towing assistance.

- Your VIN if you have it — it lets us confirm the exact factory schedule for your car
- Any recent service records, particularly if the car is new to you
- A note of when the symptom happens — cold start, braking, at speed, in traffic
- Details of any warning lights, and whether they are constant or intermittent
